Status Tentative de livraison infructueuse. Se présenter au bureau - used in case of recipient notified postal operator about own collection of the item from postal office, or recipient need to vizit postal office for own collection of arrived item.

Possible next steps:

  • Collection at the post office
  • Return item to shipper after storage period
  • Liquidation of item

What to do:

Vizit postal office for collection of the item or call your postal operator to arrange redelivery (if class of your item provides this option)
